We inform you that there has been a change in the company''s Board of Directors'' composition after the resignation of the non -- executive member of the BoD Mr. Handes Grigoris. The company''s BoD during the meeting of the 13th of April 2007 has decided on: the replacement of Mr. Handes Grigoris son of Philoktimonas, non-executive member of the BoD, by Mr. Eminoglou Christodoulos of Stergios, for the rest of the resigned member''s term. After this the composition of the BoD is formed as follows:

By the same decision, Mr. Eminoglou Christodoulos son of Stergios, takes on Mr. Handes Grigoris'' place in the Supervision of the Internal Inspections Service of the Water Supply and Sewerage Company of Thessaloniki S.A (EYATH).
