Astir Palace Vouliagmeni SA announces highlights of its 2007 first quarter results as follows:
Total revenues of Euro 2.337 thousand, an increase of 121.3% year on year, against Euro 1.056 thousand for 2006.
The above evolution is a result of the increase in the average revenue per available room, and occupancy rate by 124.4% and 14.8 percentage points respectively. The relevant ratios have been computed based on the availability of hotel rooms of Arion Resort & SPA and The Westin Athens.
EBITDA loss stood at the same level of respective prior year period at Euro 1.870 thousand. Net result for the period stood at loss of Euro 3.329 thousand compared to loss of Euro 3.994 thousand for 2006.
