MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. hereby announces that, on 13.6.2007, the transfer and sale of 2.86% of the shares of MARFIN SECURITIES (CYPRUS) LTD to INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A., and 5.91% of the shares of MARFIN GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT S.A. to MARFIN BANK S.A. was completed. Moreover, the Company hereby announces that it has pre-agreed to transfer and sell its entire stake representing 50.12% of the share capital of the Estonian bank "AS SBM PANK" to MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD, given that all clearances and approvals are given by the relevant supervisory authorities according to law.
