We would like to inform you that a change in the board of directors of our company came up. After the resignation of the Consultant of the Board of Directors of the company Bei E. Konstantinou, the Board of Directors called an urgent meeting in March 16th 2007 and elected in replacement Mr Mavromoustako Platon- Zaxaria. After this election the board of directors was reorganized. We set forth the new Board of Directors which is as following :
