The Board of Directors of MARFIN FINANCIAL GROUP HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME informs the investors that on 29.3.2007, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company''s shareholders, among other issues, resolved on the change of the Company''s name to MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDING SOCIETE ANONYME and of its distinctive title to MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP (MIG).
The Ministry of Development by virtue of its decision No. K2-5303/18.4.2007 approved of the respective amendment of article 1 of the Company''s Articles of Association. The Athens Exchange was informed, at its meeting on 18.5.2007 on the above mentioned decision.
Following to the above, it is hereby notified that as of 23.5.2007 the Company''s name on the Athens Exchange will be changed to MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS SOCIETE ANONYME and its distinctive title will be changed to MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP (MIG).
