The Management of HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. wishes to inform the investing community that it has expressed non-binding interest, jointly with the Turkish company TEK-ART (subsidiary of the Turkish group KOC), for a long-term lease (exploitation and operation) of Faliro marina, for a 35-year period, through an international public tender and has qualified to participate in the second phase of bidding offers. The Management of the Company will inform the investing community and the regulatory authorities as soon as there are developments on the tender.
