M.J. MAILLIS S.A. announces that Mrs. Alexandra Konida is leaving the position of Group CFO on July 1st, 2007. The position of Group CFO will be assumed by the current CFO - International Operations, Mr. Victor Papaconstantinou.
Mrs. Konida will continue to provide services to the Group as Management Advisor until August 31st, 2007.
