Voting right percentage before change: Direct: 66.11%, Indirect: 2.09%.
Voting right percentage after change: Direct: 50.43%, Indirect: 0.00%.
The change occurred due to sales of 18,000,000 shares of our company, through the A.S.E., as a result of a private placement.
