Following the acquisition on 14/05/07of 12.246.684 shares, which correspond to 15% of the share capital and voting rights of the company ATTI-KAT ATE, by virtue of purchase through the Stock Exchange Market 5.228.363 shares were purchased on 21/06/07. These two acquisitions have already been announced to the Stock Exchange Market and to the Investors (relative announcement in Daily Press Release of 14/05/07). Consequently, our Company holds 21,4038% of the capital and voting rights of the company ATTI-KAT ATE.
