"ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. informs the investors that, according to decision 29/340/6.6.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the sale of 7.283 bearer registered shares that were not submitted for dematerialization as well as of shares derived from company transactions and issued in dematerialized form in favor of the beneficiaries of the bearer register shares has been licensed. The member of the Athens Exchange that has been appointed responsible for carrying out the sale of the specific shares is EFG Eurobank Securities. The sale will be carried out according to the provisions of decision 1/380/4.5.2006 of the Hellenic Capital Commission and of article 99A of ATHEX Regulation. Monday 25th of June , 2007, was set as starting date of the sale period of the shares. The duration of the sale period will not exceed the 2 months from the starting date, and the proceeds of the share titles' sale will be deposited to the Deposit and Loans Fund. Beneficiaries will be informed about the amount deposited on their account to the Deposit and Loans Fund as well as about its collection procedure, by registered mail.
