SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on July 13, 2007, the President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound individual according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, Mr. Athanasios Dorotheos Hatzioannou bought 8.920 common shares, with a total net value of Euro 101.428,80, thus increasing his participation in the company's share capital and voting rights from 10.36% to 10.40%.
