MICHANIKI S.A., in accordance with the provisions of the law 2190/20, art.16, par.5 and in execution of the decision of the Regular Assembly of the Shareholders of the company dated June 22, 2007 and following the Board of Directors resolution dated July 11, 2007, notifies the Investment public that proceeded on December 7, 2007 through the National Securities with the purchase of 9,000 own common shares with average price of 5.79 Euro per share and on December 10, with the purchase of 5,000 own shares with average price of 5.96 Euro per share.
