Nel lines S.A, based on the Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on September 17th 2007, Mr Athanasios Liagos, General Manager (bound person as per article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 33.000 common shares, with a total value of Euro 33.000 and on September 18th 2007 sold 20.000 common shares with a total value of 20.200.
