"SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A." announces that, pursuant to Law 3340/2005 (article 3 par. 2) and to Law 3556/2007 combined with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, Mr John Rigas, Chairman & Managing Director of the Board of Directors of the Company and person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005, notified the company that Z.MAN (CYPRUS) LIMITED, (a legal entity related to Mr John Rigas) bought on 30.11.2007 5.152.657 preferential rights on common registered shares of "SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A" at a total value of ? 83.555,43 and on 03.12.2007 bought 3.347.343 preferential rights on common registered shares of "SCIENS INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS S.A"at a total value of 33.473,43 euro.
