Pursuant to the resolution No.3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that its Board of Directors decided to establish a unit at a General Division level dedicated to Corporate Participations, Real Estate and Private Banking. Mr. Leonidas Zonnios is appointed as Head of the new General Division. The already existent Corporate and Investment Banking General Division is undertaken by Mr. Pierre-Rene-Henri Harang, BoD member of Emporiki Bank.
