The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), announces that: According to the provisions of decisions no. 1/380/4.5.2006 (Article 6) and no. 12/435/12.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, during the period 20.07.2007-19.09.2007, OTE conducted and concluded the auction of 896,967 OTE shares (for the account of the beneficial owners of the securities), which had not been dematerialized. The proceeds of the sale reached Euro 20,043,872 (Euro 22.346276 per share). The Company will shortly forward to the beneficial owners of the proceeds necessary certification and quidelines for the collection of the amount they are entitled to.
