In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton Bank S.A. announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders? Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors? decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1)On October 18th, 2007 a total of 1,850 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.666 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 19,732.83.
(2)On October 22nd, 2007 a total of 1,000 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.566 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 10,566.34.
The abovementioned 2,850 own shares, of total value Euro 30,299.17 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 10.631 per share.
