In the framework of the decision no 3/347/12.07.05, taken by the Capital Market Committee BoD, EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that Mr. George Koutsoudakis son of Dimitrios-Spyridon has been appointed as Head of the Client Coverage and Specialized Products and Services Units. Moreover, Mr. G. Koutsoudakis will assume the duties of Deputy to the General Manager of Corporate and Investment Banking Mr. P. Harang. Mr. Sp. Pantelias, so far Head of Specialized Products and Services Unit, has left the Bank.
