In the framework of the decision no 3/347/12.07.05 taken by the Capital Market Committee BoD, EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that the duties of the Audit Division Deputy Manager have been assigned to Mr. Franck Flament. The Bank announces, as well, that Mr. Charalampos Kallianteris son of Vasileios, Audit Division Deputy Manager, ceased to be an internal auditor of the Bank, due to the fact that he left the Bank.
