Listing and trading of shares resulting from share capital increase in cash

The Board of Directors of the GENIKI Bank ("Bank") informs the public of the following:

The listing on the Athens Exchange of the 52.549.145 new ordinary registered shares of the Bank, of nominal value euro 1,07 each, resulting from the share capital increase in cash, resolved by the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on June 28, 2007, has been approved by the Athens Exchange at its meeting on 22/11/2007. The trading on the Athens Exchange of the above mentioned 52.549.145 new shares will commence on 26/11/2007. As of this date, the new shares will be credited to the shareholders' share and securities account in the Electronic (Dematerialised) Securities System.
