Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd, further to its announcements dated October 10 and November 19, 2007, reports that at today's meeting the Board of Directors has approved the Financial Statements of the Group for the period January - September 2007 and the Business Plan of the Group for the period 2008 - 2010.
The Financial Statements will be published in the newspapers "Phileleftheros", "Politis", "Simerini", "Alithia", "Haravgi" and "Machi" in Cyprus, as well in the newspapers "Naftemboriki" and "Nea" in Greece on Thursday, November 29, 2007.
The Financial Statements and the Business Plan will also be available at the Shares & Debentures Department, Diomedous 10, 2nd Floor, 2024 Strovolos, Nicosia, at the website of the Group, www.laiki.com, as well at the websites of Cyprus Stock Exchange, www.cse.com.cy, and Athens Exchange S.A., www.ase.gr.
