Nine month 2007 Consolidated Financial Results of Info-Quest Group under I.F.R.S are as follows:
Revenues reached Euro 306 m vs. Euro 279m, an increase of 9% Earnings before Interest, Taxes and Depreciation (E.B.I.T.D.A.) of Euro 5.2 m vs. Euro 4.8 m Earnings before Taxes (E.B.T.) of Euro 2.4 m vs. Euro 3.4 m Losses after Taxes of Euro 7.6 m vs. profits of Euro 1.4 m.
It should be noted that 2007 financial results include additional taxes of Euro 7.6 m from the taxation of a special reserve from the sale of Q-Telecom (Euro 6.25) and tax assessments from the tax audit of the fiscal years from 2002 to 2006 of the parent company.
Nine month 2007 results for the parent company are: Revenues of Euro 204 m vs. Euro 195 m, a 5% increase Earnings before Interest, Taxes and Depreciation (E.B.I.T.D.A.) of Euro 1.8 m vs. Euro 1.1 m
Earnings before Taxes (E.B.T.) of Euro 2.8 m vs. Euro 2.4 m Losses after Taxes of Euro 5.4 m vs. profits of Euro 1.7 m ACS Courier ACS S.A., the courier services company, continues to improve its financial performance.
Nine month 2007 sales reached Euro 58.6 m vs Euro 54.7 m a 7% increase - EBITDA reached Euro 3.6 m vs. Euro 3.2 m. Earnings before Taxes reached Euro 3.0 m vs. Euro 2.3 m and Earnings after Taxes reached Euro 2.0 m vs Euro 1.3. Unisystems
Since May 2007 Info-Quest is also consolidating Unisystems. As of November 15, 2007 Info-Quest owns 100% of Unisystems S.A. share capital. Nine month 2007 UNISYSTEMS consolidated sales reached Euro 39 m vs Euro 40 m EBITDA reached Euro 3.0 m vs Euro 6.5 m, profits before taxes Euro 1.6 m vs Euro 4.7 m while profits after taxes reached Euro 1.0 m vs Euro 3.0 m.
