Completion of the merger between the companies "DIAKINISIS S.A. - Warehousing - Distribution - Promotional Packaging" with distinctive title "DIAKINISIS S.A." and the company "LOGISTICS SERVICE HELLAS S.A. - Third Party Logistics" with distinctive title "L.S.H. S.A." through absorption of the former by the latter ELGEKA S.A. would like to notify the investing public the conclusion of the merger between the companies "DIAKINISIS S.A. - Warehousing - Distribution - Promotional Packaging" with distinctive title "DIAKINISIS S.A." and the company "LOGISTICS SERVICE HELLAS S.A. - Third Party Logistics" with distinctive title "L.S.H. S.A." through absorption of the former by the latter. On the 30th of November, the decision with register number 40066/12-11-2007 of the General Secretary of Attiki Prefecture was entered in the Societes Anonymes register of the Prefecture of Athens-Piraeus. According to the above decision, it was approved the merger between the companies "DIAKINISIS S.A. - Warehousing - Distribution - Promotional Packaging" with distinctive title "DIAKINISIS S.A.", Reg. No 7234/02/B/86/1114, having its headquarters at Piraeus municipality and "LOGISTICS SERVICE HELLAS S.A. - Third Party Logistics" with distinctive title "L.S.H. S.A.", Reg. No 39268/03/B/97/39 (99), having its headquarters at Aspropirgo Attiki, Thesi Imeros Topos, through absorption of the former by the latter, according to the decision of the Extraordinary General Shareholder assembly on the 22/10/2007, according to the provisions of the Companies ' Act 2190/1920 (article 68 to 79) in relation to Law 2166/1993 (article 1 to 5), and the Notarial Act No 474/25-10-2007 by the notary Zoi H. Kouroumali, Athens resident. After the above, the company "LOGISTICS SERVICE HELLAS S.A. - Third Party Logistics" with distinctive title "L.S.H. S.A." was deleted from the Official Register of Societes Anonymes of the Prefecture of West Attiki, the Directorate of Commerce and Tourism with reg. No 5712/30-11-2007 announcement.
