Announcement according to Law 3556/2007
Elmec Sport SA, in accordance to Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and Decree nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that we have received information from the shareholders mentioned below for the following transactions:
1. The company Homeric Department Stores SA sold on Friday the 5th of October 2007 all of the shares and voting rights of our Company held by them, namely 28.718.770 ordinary registered voting shares, representing 51,84% of the share capital of our Company. After this transaction, Homeric Department Stores SA owns neither any shares nor any voting rights of Elmec Sport SA.
2. The company Hellenic Duty Free Shops SA bought on Friday the 5th of October 2007 28.718.770 ordinary registered voting shares of Elmec Sport S.A. representing 51,84% of the share capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction Hellenic Duty Free Shops SA did not own any shares of Elmec Sport SA.

Prior to this transaction Hellenic Duty Free Shops SA did not own any shares of Elmec Sport SA.
