ROKAS SA, in order to inform the investment community commenting on a newspaper article published at "TO VIMA" on October 11, 2007 titled "Mutiny at the Piraeus port" states the following: We strongly refute any allegations expressed in the said article, so that C. Rokas SA participated in the procedure of forming the terms of the contest 11/2007 of PPA (PIRAEUS PORT AUTHORITY SA) for the procurement of three (3) container gantry cranes. We also clarify that any activity of the Company in relation to the aforementioned contest is solely limited to its participation in the public discussions on the blueprint of the announcement, after submitting in writing its comments and notes on 07/06/2007, before the official authorities of PPA, according to the procedure.
