TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A announces, in accordance with relevant information received by the following shareholders pursuant to article 27 par.2 of Law 3556/2007, the following :
1. Mr.ANDREAS CANELLOPOULOS holds 9,836,320 common shares, i.e. 12.79% of the voting rights in the Company and
2. Mrs. ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOU holds 7,102,600 common shares, i.e. 9.23% of the voting rights in the Company.
