In compliance to the No. 2273/2003 Regulation of the E.C. Committee dated December 22nd, 2003 Proton announces purchases of own shares as listed below, which were accomplished in accordance to article 16 par. 5 of L.2170/1920, in implementation of Annual Shareholders' Meeting decision of November 24th, 2006 and the Board of Directors' decision of May 8th, 2007.
(1) On November 15th, 2007 a total of 12,644 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.363 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 131,026.79.
(2) On November 16th, 2007 a total of 8,119 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.362 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 84,132.97.
(3) On November 19th, 2007 a total of 7,160 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.192 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 72,972.56.
(4) On November 20th, 2007 a total of 15,900 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 10.068 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 160,075.99.
(5) On November 21st, 2007 a total of 15,500 shares were purchased at the price of Euro 9.782 per share. Total value of the transaction was Euro 151,626.72.
The abovementioned 59,323 own shares, of total value Euro 599,834.73 were purchased through Proton Bank S.A. at an average purchase price of Euro 10.111 per share.
