The company ALAPIS S.A. announces that, in accordance with articles 3 & 21 of Law 3556/2007, Mr Periklis Livas, obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, informed the Company that on 30/11/2007 he proceeded to the purchase of 30,000 registered shares of the Company, of total net value of euro 71,700.
