The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. in accordance with the provisions of the article 24 par. 2 of the Law 3461/2006, announces that on 08.11.2007 purchased 107,167 shares of ELMEC SPORT SA, or 0.1934% of the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC. Τhe price ranged between 3.94 euros and 3.96 euros per share. As a result the total participation in the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC reached 57.128%.
