IASO S.A. commenting on various press releases wishes to inform the investment community as follows:
According to our previous announcement of 13.01.2007, IASO Group has assigned the International Consulting Company "Boston Consulting Group" the preparation of the business development plan of IASO Group, aiming at its further penetration into the Greek market as well as its expansion into Eastern Europe, Balkans, Persian Gulf etc.
On the grounds of the abovementioned policy, IASO S.A. in cooperation with its financial consultant "NBGI" examines every case or proposal concerning its expansion within Greece as well as outside (East Europe, Balkans etc).
In case where specific steps towards materialization of the aforementioned plans are taken, the Company, will inform the public in full detail.
