The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. in accordance with the provisions of the article 24 par. 2 of the Law 3461/2006, announces that on 26.10.2007 purchased 18,849 shares of ELMEC SPORT SA, or 0.034% of the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC, at the price of euro 3.96, and as a result the total participation in the share capital and voting rights of ELMEC reached 55.608%.
