Regulated information announcement of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA pursuant to article 27 of law 3556/30.04.2007 of the CMC Board
ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY trading as ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA, pursuant to law 3356/2007 (article 27, par.3) of the Capital Market Commission Board and following information received from shareholders holding more than 5% of shares and voting rights in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA, announces today 17/10/2007 to the investing public that:
1) based on information provided to ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA on 12/09/2007, Mr. Vassilios A. Grissin, Chairman and Managing Director of the Board of Directors of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA holds 3.436.170 nominal shares in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA, with equal in number voting rights, that is 30,7556%.
2) based on information provided to ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA on 12/09/2007, Mr. Nikolaos H. Kakoussios, Deputy Chairman and Co-Managing Director of the Board of Directors of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA, holds 1.718.650 nominal shares in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA with equal in number voting rights that is 15,383%. Moreover, Mr. Nikolaos H. Kakoussios, by correctly repeating the notification given on 12/09/07 concerning the transaction of 15/11/2004 (which he had not notified given that according to presidential decree 51/1992 in force there was no such obligation to do so) informed ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA on 13/09/2007 that he had reached and exceeded the limit of 15%. More specifically: prior to the crucial transaction the number of shares with equal in number voting rights were 828.345 that was 14,828% and after the crucial transaction the number of shares held by him with equal in number voting rights increased to 842.985 that was 15,090% of the voting rights in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA.
3)based on information provided to ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA on 12/09/2007, Mr. Leonidas M. Michangelidis, top executive of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA holds 1.522.710 nominal shares in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA,with equal in number voting rights, that is 13,630%.
4)INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SA - TECHNICAL PROJECT AND METAL CONSTRUCTIONS trading as INTRAKAT SA, based on the notification provided to ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA on 27/09/2007 concerning the transaction of 27/02/2007 (which had not notified given that according to presidential decree 51/1992 in force there was no such obligation to do so), dropped below the 15% limit. More specifically: prior to the crucial transaction, the number of shares with equal in number voting rights were 844.015 that was 15,11% and after the crucial transaction,the number of shares of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA with equal in number voting rights amounted to 836.255 corresponding to 14,97% of the voting rights in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA. Following this, and because of the increase in the share capital of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA (following the resolution of the Special General Meeting of shareholder of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA held on 26/06/2007 and number Κ2- 9839-5/7/07 approval of the Minister for Development) resulting from the capitalisation of reserves above par and the distribution of free shares at the ratio of one common registered share for each old common registered share, INTRAKAT SA holds 1.672.510 common registered shares with equal in number voting rights that is 14,97% of the voting rights in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA.
5)INTRACOM HOLDINGS SA trading as INTRACOM HOLDINGS, which controls 73, 55% of shares in INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SA - TECHNICAL PROJECTS AND METAL CONSTRUCTIONS trading as INTRAKAT SA, informed ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA on 28/09/2007 on INTRAKAT SA's transaction of 27/02/2007 (which had not notified given that according to presidential decree 51/1992 in force there was no such obligation to do so), that INTRAKAT SA's share dropped below the 15% limit. More specifically: prior to the crucial transaction the number of shares with equal in number voting rights were 844.015, that was 15,11% and after the crucial transaction the number of its shares with equal in number voting rights amounted to 836.255 corresponding to 14,97% of the voting rights in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA. Following this, and because of the increase in the share capital of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA (following the resolution of the Special General Meeting of shareholder of ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA held on 26/06/2007 and number Κ2- 9839-5/7/07 approval of the Minister for Development) resulting from the capitalisation of reserves above par and the distribution of free shares at the ratio of one common registered share for each old common registered share, INTRAKAT SA holds 1.672.510 common registered shares with equal in number voting rights that is 14,97% of the voting rights in ALPHA GRISSIN INFOTECH SA.
