COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces that on October 10th, 2007 it signed a loan agreement with its subsidiary GLOBUL of an amount of 20 million Euro, with a twelve-month duration. The amount of the loan shall be used for repaying the installment of an existing loan received by GLOBUL through OTE plc. In parallel, the existing loan agreement (6/10/2006) between COSMOTE and GLOBUL of an amount of 20 million Euro, initially expiring on 10/10/2007, was renewed until 10/10/2008.
