M.J.MAILLIS S.A. PACKING SYSTEMS in the frame of article 27 paragraph 3 of Law 3556/2007 announces that on 27 September 2007 the major shareholders of company informed in writing the company on the percentage of voting rights and share capital of the company they possess, according to article 27 paragraph 2 of Law 3556/2007, as follows:
1. The Shareholder Mr Michael Maillis of Ioannis, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director, possesses directly 18.804.058 common registered shares i.e. percentage 25,697% on the total of shares and voting rights of the company and indirectly, through HORQUETA HOLDINGS LTD, a company of his interests, 14.158.024 common registered shares i.e. percentage of 19,348% on the total of shares and voting rights of the company, i.e. in total, he possesses directly or indirectly 32.962.082 common registered shares of Company i.e. percentage 45,044% on the total of shares and voting rights of the company.
2. The Shareholder HORQUETA HOLDINGS LTD, as mentioned here above, possesses 14.158.024 common registered shares i.e. percentage of 19,348% on the total of shares and voting rights of the company.
