The company "DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTRE ATHENS HYGEIA S.A" announces that according to the Law3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Aivaliotis Nikolaos -person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- acquired on September 14, 2007 1,000 common registered shares of HYGEIA, with total net value of euro 4.840, 00.
B. The company "DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTRE ATHENS HYGEIA S.A" announces that according to the Law3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Aivaliotis Nikolaos -person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- acquired on September 17, 2007 2,700 common registered shares of HYGEIA, with total net value of euro 13.012,00.
C. The company "DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTRE ATHENS HYGEIA S.A" announces that according to the Law3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP- shareholder and person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- acquired on of September 18, 2007 20.400 common registered shares of HYGEIA, with total net value of euro 95.994.51.
