The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3461/2006 (Article 24), Law 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, announces that:
On November 21, 2007 OTE SA acquired through the Athens Stock Exchange 1,027,151 Cosmote shares with corresponding voting rights, for a total of euros 26,960,654 (euros 26,2480 per share). Before the aforementioned transaction OTE SA held 86.16% of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA. and following the aforementioned transaction, OTE SA holds 86.47% of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA.
On November 21, 2007 OTE SA acquired through the Athens Stock Exchange 1,027,151 Cosmote shares with corresponding voting rights, for a total of euros 26,960,654 (euros 26,2480 per share). Before the aforementioned transaction OTE SA held 86.16% of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA. and following the aforementioned transaction, OTE SA holds 86.47% of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA.
