Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces, in accordance to Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/424/3.7.2007 and Circular 33 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on 30/11/2007 the below mentioned persons proceeded with the following transactions:
i. Mr Panayiotis Kounnis, Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, sale of 30.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value EUR 280.214,50.
ii. Mr Kyriacos Magiras, Senior Manager of the Bank, sale of 100.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value EUR 949.385,40.
iii. Mr Fotios Karatzenis, Head of the Legal Department, sale of 65.140 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value EUR 613.716,84.
