Following its previous announcement EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A., as Societe Anonyme, listed οn the Athens Stock Exchange, announces that - according to Article 10, par. 1, of the Law 3340/2005, as well as the article 2, par. 2, of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Committee - οn October 26, 2007, the procedure of transferring its participation in the company ALPHA GRAPHICS FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED to the company ΟPTIONS CASSOULIDES PROPERTIES AND INVESTMENTS LTD was completed (i.e. 923.805 common shares, which represent 49% of the total share capital of the company, were sold).
