Bank of Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of Greek Law L. 3556/2007 (articles 3(xvi) (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Greek Capital Markets Commission, notifies that George Stavrakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of L.3340/2005, as he is closely connected with Charilaos Stavrakis), sold on 30 November 2007 a total of 50.000 Bank of Cyprus shares for a total value of 669.500 euro.
