The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that:
a)Mr. Costantinos Farris - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 11.12.2007, 10,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 141,400.00
b)Mr. Ioannis Gangas - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 11.12.2007, 4,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of euro 56,441.48
