Completion of the Regular Tax Audit for fiscal years 2004 and 2005
According to the article 276 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, CON. CARDASSILARIS & SONS S.A. informs that the regular tax audit for fiscal years 2004 and 2005 has been completed.
According to the tax audit, the total tax expense for the company amounts to 1,052,549 euro.
Of this amounts, euro 200,000 will be accounted for as provisions while the remained will be accounted for at the results of the current fiscal year.
There is a VAT credit amounting to 562,716 euro returned to the company by the appropriate tax authority Office of Taxation of Industrial Corporations ("FAVE").
