Notification - correct repetition
We notify you according to article 24, para.2(a), law 3461/2006, as a correct repetition and supplementation, that JGD MANAGEMENT CORP., USA, managing and exercising the voting rights of the shares owned by five funds, namely of i) YORK EUROPEAN OPPORTUNITIES MASTER FUND, L.P., ii) LUXOR/YORK FUND LTD, iii) YORK CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, L.P., iv) YORK INVESTMENT LIMITED and v) HFR ED SELECT FUND IV MASTER TRUST, which, as from October 29, 2007, collectively exceed 5% of the shares of the company REGENCY ENTERTAINMENT AE (the Company):
a) on November 6, 2007, it acquired for the first fund 1.490 additional shares of the Company for a price of share of 12,2244 euros, thus the total number of the commonly managed shares increased to 4.250.721, namely 5,06% of Company's share capital; previously:
b) on November 5, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 1.530 additional shares of the Company for a price of share of 12,2244 euros, thus the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.249.231, namely 5,06% of Company's share capital;
c) on November 2, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 2.450 additional shares of the Company for a price of share of 12,2244 euros, thus the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.247.701, namely 5,06% of Company's share capital;
d) on November 1, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 3.770 additional shares of the Company for a price of share of 12,2244 euros, thus the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.245.251, namely 5,05% of Company's share capital;
e) on October 31, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 3.190 additional Company's shares for 12,2104 euros per share and the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.241.481, namely 5,05% of Company's share capital, and
f) on October 30, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 22.781 additional Company's shares for 12,1731 euros per share and the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.238.291, namely 5,05% of Company's share capital.

b) on November 5, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 1.530 additional shares of the Company for a price of share of 12,2244 euros, thus the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.249.231, namely 5,06% of Company's share capital;
c) on November 2, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 2.450 additional shares of the Company for a price of share of 12,2244 euros, thus the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.247.701, namely 5,06% of Company's share capital;
d) on November 1, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 3.770 additional shares of the Company for a price of share of 12,2244 euros, thus the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.245.251, namely 5,05% of Company's share capital;
e) on October 31, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 3.190 additional Company's shares for 12,2104 euros per share and the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.241.481, namely 5,05% of Company's share capital, and
f) on October 30, 2007, it had acquired for the first fund 22.781 additional Company's shares for 12,1731 euros per share and the total number of the commonly managed shares had increased to 4.238.291, namely 5,05% of Company's share capital.
