COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance with L. 3556/2007 and the 1/434/3.07.2007 decision of the HCMC, that 1.165.070 COSMOTE's stock option rights, granted in the framework of its current Employee Stock Option Plan vested this year and may be exercised in December 2007.
