Nel Lines S.A., according to the Law 3556/2007(articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that on November 28th 2007, Mr. Apostolos K. Ventouris, Managing Director (bound person as per article 13 of Law 3340/2005), purchased 530.000 common shares, with a total value of Euro 431.771,95. There was also a transmission of 713.155 common shares, with a total value Euro 606.181,75 via block trade, to the aforementioned bound person account.
