ALAPIS S.A., announces the completion of purchase of the facilities of BAYER HELLAS S.A. in Ypato Viotias from ALAPIS CROPSCIENCE S.A. Thus begins the Toll Manufacturing Agreement, (agreement of packaging and stylization of plant protection products) with duration of five years, for the needs of the Greek market, which was recently singed between the subsidiary company ALAPIS CROPSCIENCE S.A. and the subsidiary company of BAYER Group, BAYER CROPSCIENCE AG. The terms and conditions for sale and distribution of the products in the Greek market will not be altered, since they continue to remain in the possession and ownership of BAYER CROPSCIENCE AG.
The present agreement is considered favorable by both sides, as BAYER CROPSCIENCE AG further strengthens its flexibility capacity in order to better meet the rapidly changing conditions in the Greek market, whereas ALAPIS CROPSCIENCE SA extends the production range of ALAPIS Group in the Greek market of plant protection products
