According to the financial results for the first quarter (01.07.07-30.09.2007) of the fiscal year ending on 30.06.2008, announced on 30.11.2007, the company's turnover (group figures) increased by 3% (6.642.984,29 Euro current period compared to 6.444.642,69 Euro of previous year's relevant period) and net profit after taxes increased by 35% (183.716,45 Euro current period compared to 135.512,05 Euro of previous year's relevant period).
The above figures resulted both from the gross profit margin increase by 1,78 units and also the raised number of students in the "PHILIPPOS NAKAS" conservatory, due to the successful operation of the new music educational systems for infants.
The company's current projects include the opening of two new "NAKAS PAPER" shops in Thessaloniki and Tripoli within December 2007 and the expansion of "NAKAS PAPER" sales network with the opening to two more shops until the end of the fiscal year 2008.
