MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A hereby announces that the five year period available for the collection of the year 2001 dividend expires on December 31st, 2007.
Company shareholders entitled to the year 2001 dividend, who for whatever reason have not collected it, can be attended to by the Shareholders' Department (12A Irodou Attikou str., 151 24 Maroussi, tel. + 30 210 8094042 - responsible Ms Gipari).
After December 31st, 2007 dividends not collected will be written off in favor of the Hellenic State.
