DRUCKFARBEN HELLAS S.A. in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the Decision no. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Capital Market Commission, and for the purpose of estimation and determination of the limits of significant acquisition or disposal of participation by shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment community that, the share capital of the Company amounts to Euro 5,732,217.60 divided into 15,492,480 common voting registered shares, of par value of euro 0,37 each.
Also according to the provisions of article 27, paragraph 3 of the law 3556/2007, announces that on 25 September 2007, the major shareholders of Company informed with their written statement on the percentage on company's stock capital and on the total of rights of vote that they possess in this, applying the provisions of article 27, paragraph 2 of the law 3556/2007, as follows:
1. The shareholder Mr. George Caravasilis, President and Managing Director of the Board of Directors, hold on the 25.9.2007, 10,091,674 nominal shares with corresponding voting rights directly: 10.091.674, indirectly: 0, i.e. 65.14% of the Company's total share capital.
2. The shareholder MHM HOLDING SA, holds 1,562,220 nominal shares with corresponding voting rights directly 1,562,220, indirectly: 0, ie 10.08% of the Company's total Share Capital. Additional Mr George Caravasilis , Chairman and CEO of DRUCKFARBEN, on the 8.10.2007 sold 400,000 common shares, so the total number of shares he holds is 9,691,674 nominal shares with corresponding voting rights, ie 62.56% of the Company's total share capital.
