MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A., according to Law 3556/2007 and following respective notification received from its shareholder MORGAN STANLEY, on the 8th of Οctober 2007, announces that as result of the merger of ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A. and DELTA PROJECT S.A. by MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A., the participation of MORGAN STANLEY in the new (after the above mentioned merger) share capital and voting rights of MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A., has been modified from 5,534% (2.242.666 voting rights) to 4,602% (2.241.542 voting rights).
