Elmec Romania SRL completed today the sale of its investment in the company MicroCom Doi SRL to an affiliate of Sonae Sierra, the well-known shopping malls operator.This sale will bring about 7,3 millions euro net after taxes capital gains to our Group, and all the gains will be repatriated strengthening the capital structure of the mother company Elmec Sport S.A. Elmec's Romania SRL participation in MicroCom Doi SRL was 40%.
As already known, MicroCom Doi SRL, which is registered in Bucharest, Romania, has commenced the construction of a mall in a 60.000 sq.meter plot of land, which will comprise four levels, one basement, one ground floor, and two more levels and will cover a total area of approximately 122.000 sq.meter, in the Romanian City Craiova. This mall will bare the name 'The Craiova Mall'.
